Initial contact with Phil from the sales team were very positive. No hard sale or unnecessary lengthy visits. A competitive price reached we decided to go ahead. One important factor in trusting L&M with the build was that they employed their own specialised skilled staff and did not employ contractors. On a challenging site and difficult weather conditions all staff engaged in the extension were a credit to the firm. A special shout out to Joe and Jez. The build did not run smooth but neither did we expect it to. However it was satisfying that any issues or snags were quickly resolved, fixed and or replaced without any quibble. Thanks to Alex for facilitating this. Extremely pleased with the final build and would have no hesitation with placing any future projects with L&M.
